To share as unquietation and the life experiences with people  that has AIDS and the relation with their families and professionals of distincts  countries motivated a realization of a interdisciplinar study comparative in the limits between Sociology, Psicology and the Anthropology applied  to the health.This investigation show the  vision of two  social researchers about what denominated  the disease of the century.AIDS, discuss and practices, deal with a analyse of the ethnography in the instituition mark,  where are considerated some components that form part of the life bases of a support service psicosocial, how it is the space, a routine and the relation between professionals and  theses patients.
