The psychoanalytic clinic is faced today with the effects of new discursive realities. Among them, the technoscience discourse deserves a major distinction for effecting, radically, the position of the subject before the object of cosumption, and, consequently, the relationship that is established with the body in terms of the culture discontent. From the transference perspective, this article discusses the analyst position before this discursive reality and points at the symptomatic effects of the technoscientific discourse related to the increase of addictions and the nulling of sex as contestable ways of unsubjectivation.
