To solve and to prevent situations of professional demotivation and burnout was elaborated a stress management course for teachers and health professionals. The revised formulation of the program has fifty hours, divided into eleven sessions, ten indoor made up for the following contents: sharing professional experiences with colleagues, identifying specific stress factors and possible coping strategies to solve them, replacing irrational beliefs by more appropriate ones, and practicing assertiveness and relaxation. Furthermore, the program has one last day of outdoor training. Comparing the beginning with the end of the training program, the participants showed a significant increase in the self-perception of well being.
