This article focuses the faulty person's perception on the deficiency acquired en the phase adult productive, in to elapse of the time since of one it analyzes with exclusion, social and the people's deficiency carriers with labor. They are approached the legislation that are about the deficiencies analyzing the benefits habilitation, rehabilitation and work the repercussions of this last one are approached, as well as the mechanisms for recovery and corporal entity of the faulty.
