Anxiety and social phobia behavior is influence by actuation and interaction social situation aspects, where become important fear and avoidance components that are informed bay phobic subjects. Distinct evolutionist, familiar, environmental, developmental, temperamental, neurobiological (genetic, biologic and neuroendocrine), psychological and socio-cultural factors are associated at this disorder. This reflects the great complexity of the social phobia. The objective of this theoretical study is demonstrating an extensive description of the way that this factors associate at the social phobia and of the principals studies that related to them. It concludes that still many remains to be known about the interrelation between the different factors mentioned for explicate the anxiety and social phobia. In addition, there is a contradictory data in different studies at respect which no allow extract consistence conclusions. This contradiction may be marking the future investigation lines in the environment of the social phobia.
