This work presents the therapeutic results of Patient Introduction to a psychotic adolescent taken care of in a Mental Health service. The proposal of this clinical case appears as a resource for the emergency of a proper difficulty to the installation of the transference in the psychosis, which is a manifestation of persecutory character phenomena in the relation with the analyst. The clinical value of the interview is certified by the appearance of something unusual in the subject's search for emergency. The subject's aphonic voice is evoked to represent himself and then it is isolated, so, an initial element from which the patient constructs a symptomatic fiction in order to construct the joy and to mobilize the true joy of the Other. What constitutes the therapeutic effect of the patient introduction, in this case, is the possibility of the subject's presentation by means of a vocal mediating device that allows the relation with others.
