The subjective human transformations have always been linked to the social macro modification which has followed the history of humanity. Therefore a hold reflection on both social and from the subjectivity must be part of all the trying of understanding the constitutive multiplicity of a human subject. This work is structured within the Lacanian comprehension of the psychic birth and has as objective to reflect upon subjective transformation associated to the current social historical cultural context, having as cut outs a TV commercial and the use of a cell phone. From these contemporary elements we thought out the possibility of an analysis of the subjectivity process according to the process of alterity which is a fundamental notion in the psychic structure. The relation of enjoyment of new things are lived each day more in a searching field for the lack of lackness. These are at every moment compensated with a subject extremely active who acts without any symbolism at all. So we try to articulate the implications of this contemporary subject - who lives the new inter-subjective way - with the question of the psychic birth nowadays.
