This article aims at analyzing the contemporary context of the delinquent youth, specially the Brazilian youth, and the possibilities of intervention and creation of utopias, aiming at awakening people for the need of a greater political involvement of public authorities, technical knowledge and other sectors of the society when fighting against the violence that we are exposed daily. It is refused the idea that the juvenile delinquency is an individual bypass or that it belongs to the different personality disorders. This form of violence is understood as a social phenomenon historically built. Thus, an analysis of political and social elements that build this picture, as well as an analysis of the knowledge and professional practices given to those delinquent youngsters is a theme of reflefccion.
