In this article it is proceeded two lectures about law and narcissism from distinct theoretical points of view. It generates a query concerning psyche suffering and its relationship with subject, society and culture. In the first part it is discussed questions about the social subject in everyday life from an anthropological and psychoanalytical perspective. In the second part a discussion about narcissist reality is developed from varieties fields of knowledge; it generates polemics concerning unconscious subject's place in society with a narcissist culture; then on it is studied each author and hypotheses in relationship with data provided by a research with adolescents. This work carries out two studies about de-subjectivationand violence in Brazilian society. It replies constant questions addressed to Psychoanalysis concerning Violence and De-Subjectivation.
