The goal of this article is to show a psychoanalysis interpretation (Freud-Lacan) as ethical experience. To reach such end, first, we will show the limits of an interpretation of psychoanalysis as science, as well as we will investigate its specificity and will interrogate its effectiveness. In second place, we will articulate the fundamental concepts of the theory and of the psychoanalytical practice (law and desire) as condition of possibility of experience of subject with his desire and interdiction as constitutive elements. In this point we will board the notions of nature and ideal, as well as the notions of experience and ethic, the first [experience] will not be used in the sense of perceptive or cognitive experience, and the second [ethic] will not refer to a determination of principles or rules of action to search the accomplishment or conquest of something as "good". Finally, we will conclude the law recognition in the analytic experience as ethical experience provokes a to-beyond-the-law that is distinguished structurally of the absolute enjoy. The article contributes with the debate on the statute of psychoanalysis as theory and clinical practice and with the discussions about ethic in the philosophy in a sui generis tradition from Kant and Heidegger until Lacan.
