Abstract

RAMOS, Márcia Ziebell. Thinking about some analytical devices in the practice of health psychology in hospital work. Rev.Mal-Estar Subj [online]. 2012, vol.12, n.3-4, pp. 745-766. ISSN 1518-6148.

This critical-essay, based on the work done by psychologists with hospital workers, proposes to think about the practice of psychology in the health system. For the development of this essay it was used a strategy of intercession between concepts/authors and practice. With the intention of generating movements and enlargements, looking for the production of meanings and the creation of possibilities for the daily work of the psychologists with the hospital workers, this essay stimulates the formation of networks and the increase of the possibilities of perceptions, comprehensions, understandings and interpretations about the ways of living the work. The questions and dilemmas derived from the daily work, as well as the provocations arising from studies and theoretical discussions in different academic and professional spaces are used as triggers to be thought in the light of some concepts developed by the authors referenced here. A proposal of a practice as an analytical device is presented in such way that the concepts can function as intercessors between psychoanalysis and schizoanalysis as well as everyday practices and ways of experiencing the institutions. It is an analytical proposal once it uses a genealogical practice in a professional health work, exploring the practices and the truth games, following the movements of construction and rupture, the continuities and discontinuities in the surface of the events.

Keywords : Health psychology; Worker's health; Hospital work; Genealogy; Schizoanalysis.
