Abstract

The article is a result from a search-action that focuses the production of sense in teaching. It has as aim to analyze the modes of building and the development of creative values, life and attitude experienced in teachers who teach in High School, in the Teachers' College Course. The theoretical reference that founds the study is the anthropological approach by Victor Frankl in what is referred to the production of sense establishing an interlocution with authors who discuss the investigated topic. The collection of data was accomplished through the application of a questionnaire containing open questions of five meetings with the teachers and recording the observations in the field journal. Nine teachers aged between 20 and 40 participated in the study, four of them were females and five males. The analysis of the collected data is done as from the Technique of Content Analysis proposed by Bardin. The incursion into the data signalizes to the cultivating of life experienced values methodized especially by characteristics of teaching humanization; attitude experienced values recognized in the valorization and life experienced spaces and decisions of a team; and creative values expressed in the methodological creativity amid of a reality where poverty and the lack of educational recourses reigns.
