INTRODUCTION:Some disabling diseases bring sequel as the coordination activities of dysfunction and manual dexterity. The human hand has unique skills as the control of power and precision during a task, providing dexterity to perform various activities that promote independence in carrying out functions on a day-to-day. OBJECTIVE: This study to investigate the effect of the practice of virtual games in dexterity, hand streng than acceleration of the throwing motion in two patients with neurological disorders of the upper limbs. METHODS: The subjects were evaluated before and after the program of activities for the Box and Blocks Test, manual dynamometer Jamar® and accelerometer and the preference side manual through Negrine Test in the first session. The intervention occurred with the practice of virtual games in weekly sessions of 30 minutes, during two months. Main RESULTS: These showed statistical differences to subject 1 on hand not preferred in dexterity and acceleration test and to subject 2 in the preferred hand and not preferred in the strength, skill and acceleration test. CONCLUSION: This finding suggests that the practice of throwing game can help togain strengt hand dexterity and control the movement of the acceleration.
