VIEIRA, Estela do Nascimento  e  CISTIA, Chrystianne Simões Del. Evolution of dynamic balance training in adolescent diparético spastic front proprioception exercises program: case study. Cad. Pós-Grad. Distúrb. Desenvolv. [online]. 2016, vol.16, n.2, pp. 77-88. ISSN 1519-0307.  http://dx.doi.org/10.5935/1809-4139.20160009.

Conceptualized in 1843 by the English surgeon William John Little, Cerebral Palsy (CP) is characterized by a clinical condition, heterogeneous, resulting from an injury or bad not progressive formation of the central nervous system (CNS) in its maturation period, and the most common type of PC is diparesis spastic (DE). This study is a kind of experimental research as a study case with a participation of G.R.A. adolescent within age range of fifteen years old ported by CP - DS. All evaluations were done in a space of Reentry Sport Center academyi in Sao Paulo. The methodologies used for evaluation were: the Berg Balance Scale test, System of Classification Gross Motor Function (GMFCS), filming of interventions and translated by adapting the Berg Balance Scale. Despite the recurring shortages of the research subject in the interventions, the final results of the study showed the promising and substantial increase in compensatory and anticipatory postural adjustments to control the dynamic postural balance of stable and unstable surfaces environments. However, it is believed in the important need for the application of proprioceptive training strategies in people with spastic diparesis, seeking to promote better motor equivalence in functional activities.
