Children's behavioral signs of inattention and hyperactivity/impulsivity at school environment may reduce the opportunities to relate socially competently and academic skills development by children. The perception of teachers and their capacity for intervention depend on access to information on the subject. The objective of this study was to develop an electronic tool for teacher training in the identification and behavioral management of inattention and hyperactivity/impulsivity signs at classroom available on their personal mobile devices by internet access, carried out in 2 phases: 1. Tool construction. 2. Tool evaluation by a group of teachers. RESULTS: the tool was developed and accessed from Teachers' smartphones and the "M-learning" modality was accepted by 84.6% of the participants. It is considered that the tool will allow the transposition of printed media content to interactive and mobile media allowing the teacher to monitor the behavior of the student, as well as the development of interventions in school environment for the reduction of behavioral patterns of inattention and hyperactivity.
