Considering adolescence as a time with high needs for social interaction, it is important that studies evaluate their mental health during social isolation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The present study aimed to 1) Evaluate the frequency of emotional/behavioral problems among a Brazilian sample of adolescents using parental report; 2) Evaluate differences in behavioral/ emotional problems among gender and age; 3) Evaluate the odds of clinical behavioral/emotional problems to the variables gender and age. 240 parents/guardians of adolescents with ages among 12-18 years old filled out the following instruments using Google Forms: Identification form and CBCL/6-18. The results point to Internalizing Problems, Anxious/Depressed and Withdraw/Depression as the most frequent. Girls had higher scores and odd to Somatic Complains, boys had higher scores to Conduct Problems. Tweens had higher scores on the scales: Social Problems and ADHD Problems. Older adolescents had higher odds of Depressive Problems and Somatic Complains. This finding demonstrates the need for attention on the part of parents/guardians and health professionals to these clinical outcomes on adolescents' mental health.
