The subject of this article are the practices directed to the children and adolescents, in Brazil, in the redemocratization period, in a neoliberal context. We raised the hypothesis that would have a magnifying of the mechanisms of normalization in the sphere of the protection to children and adolescents, functioning in the adjacencies of the legal device. We present a genealogical analysis, where we do not intend to engage in causes such, as infancy, to prescribe resolutive solutions and prophecies, with utilitarian ends, but yes to extend the possibility of new inflections of forces aiming at to the opening of other forms of combat and resistance front to the new reality that if restores.
