Abstract

The political psychology must have laws as a privileged object of study; therefore it imposes to individuals standards of social interactions marked by power relations. The legislation organizes many forms of interactions between humans. They can be studied as social representations of majority groups. However the impact of the legislation on the minority groups’ social representations representations can respond with disobedience or submission. This article considers studying laws by the political psychology’s perspective.
