This article proposes a descriptive analysis of the development and strengthening of political psychology in Argentina that allow visibilizing its level of institutionalization. The following aspects are considered: different conceptualization of political psychology, formal presence in the undergraduate and graduate curricula, research groups consolidation and the creation of knowledge diffusion mechanisms.
