The article discusses the psychosocial aspects related to the place and the identity of adolescents in conflict with the law, using the psychosociological theory. The construction of stigmatized people identities has a social function and it’s constructed by it in a dialectic relation based on the difference. The modernization era products a large number or marginal people who are excluded from work conditions and there isn’t any other survival strategy than that of belonging to the traffic and to the social assistance. The society and the excluded people sediment themselves in the discourse of impossibilities of change that reinforces the places of no belonging. It is discussed the position of the adolescent that is facing so many social ressignifications and liquid references.
