Abstract

This article thematizes practices of violence that appear in schools in different ways, without, however, be restricted to them, since it is stratified throughout the social body. Conflicts have violent responses yet, being hegemonically addressed through a punitive and blaming logic, setting people down certain stigmas. Inspired by the tools of the French Institutional Analysis and Spinoza's philosophy, this paper shows an experience of "Ethic Labouring of Conflicts", resisting to the usual treatments, as a reflexive practice of other senses and temporalities lived by the people involved on theirs conflicts. In this exercise, is produced a way of learning and building oneself from the encounter with others, supporting the creation of strategies for living, considering what's potent to the body and its affection, as a way to construct a Political Psychology everyday.
