This paper investigated the health of 153 adolescents in monitoring educational measure in an open environment in an NGO in the southern region of the city of São Paulo, from the understanding socioeducadores six. The method was qualitative and exploratory instrumentalized through semi-structured interviews conducted in July 2012. With reference to theoretical studies of gender / masculinities were identified expressions of violence that affect the genders differently. Initiation rites and adjustments account in drug trafficking and the police stops were the main health problems of adolescent males. The notions of suplicio, stigma, and "subject criminal" were used to promote and expand the interpretation.
