The objective of this article is to reflect and debate on the interdisciplinary relationships involving several professionals, such as psychologists, social workers and sociologists, who are part of the social team responsible for the implementation of the National Housing Policy. The arguments are based on the interviews conducted, later substantiated and analyzed through the light of the interdisciplinary theoretical framework of the author Edgar Morin's, aiming to motivate reflection on the challenges encountered by these professionals taking into consideration the legislation, the institutional environment and the beneficiary population. The article also addresses the relationship of these professionals with the community, understanding in an interdisciplinary perspective what are the reflexes that this attitude adds to the National Housing Policy.
