Resumen

ALMEIDA, Simone Alves de  y  MERHY, Emerson Elias. Micropolitics of the living work in mental health: composition for an anti-manicomial ethics in act. Rev. psicol. polít. [online]. 2020, vol.20, n.47, pp. 65-75. ISSN 2175-1390.

This article addresses the subjective dimension of work in the mental health workers' activism. We analyze perceptions about the lived experience, in which ideal imperatives on worker's activism seem to reproduce the very logics that one intends to overcome. By searching for experiments that open paths for another possible world to become, the article shows the importance of analytical breaks in the eye of the antimanicomial hurricane, and that the multiplication of good encounters can bring greater sustainability to these actions in the face of their challenges. The study suggests that principles that make up workers' relationships with users, such as bonding, receiving and listening, are important aspects in the relationship between workers. With that, it presents the antimanicomial act as an ethic of action, in which it is important, besides caring for others, the act of caring for oneself and caring for the encounter.
