In the present scenario, which urges the need for opportunity equality, public policies and new sociabilities in fighting social and human exclusion, the objective of this article is to reflect on the human subject and the exclusion context, seeking to evince emotion and consciousness as Bioethics movements in acts. The exclusion context analyzed relates to low-income communities and poverty. The study has a descriptive-analytic approach, developed on the field of Socio-Historical Psychology. Content analysis was used to reflect on the speech of the participants - how one sees, feels, thinks. It is thus evinced the need for acting sensibly and conscious of the ethics of citizens implied in a humanized way of living.
