The present article aims to develop some reflections from the Socio- Historical Psychology about the clinic as praxis of ethical-political transformation of the subjective and social reality, dialoguing with the notion of the expanded clinic as a method of production of looking at the subject. Starting from the analysis of the literature, we have understood that it is necessary to develop a practice where the psychosocial processes are rethought and worked from the reality of the dominated, taking into account all its context, and where the work of the psychologist takes place under the horizon from the expansion of consciousness, empowering the client to overcome the alienated condition that imprisons him, thus making him an active agent for transforming the oppressive conditions of his context. We defend a clinical practice that assumes, thus, an individual role, but also a social and political one, becoming the space of Psychology for the power of the less favored population.
