The author takes as reference elements that produce clinic transformation analysing some effects of the modern science in the fields of knowledge and its segmentation process, the lack of consideration of the unconscious, the fragility of the symbolic references, the ideal of autonomy, the profileration of drug dependence and the wish inadequacy of the speaking subject.
