Freud claimed that humor is a precious and rare gift. And that not all human being is capable of humorous attitude. He will also say that humor is not resigned, but rebellious. Starting from this rebellion, reported by Freud about humor, wich is different from comics and wit, we aim, in this work, articulating with clinical practice and using Lacan's teaching, try to answer a question: How to think, from the point of view of psychoanalysis, the child's humor? whith comparisons between the child, humorist and poet.
