Abstract

BARBIERI, Cibele Prado. The criminality's puzzles under the psychoanalysis' lights. Cogito [online]. 2012, vol.13, pp. 08-21. ISSN 1519-9479.

The text, intended for a lay audience in relation to psychoanalytic theory, proposes to clarify in accessible language to the reader, crime issues that seem obscure or enigmatic. Starting with the question of subjectivity itself, as a supposedly enigmatic matter, the author intends to embrace the phenomenon of crime placing, it on a structuralist perspective, in order to differentiate the subjective dynamics underlying the various types of crime, thus offering the possibility of understanding the logic of the criminal act.
