The aim of this paper is to discuss the presence of Sade’s thought in our time and its relations with crime, AIDS and perversion. Therefore, it uses a Sade's book called Philosophy in the Bedroom. Initially, it discusses the sadian abolition of the difference between life and death, destruction and construction, making closer to the psychological mechanism of disavowal in perversion. Secondly, it discusses the Sade position against love and obedience to social norms, and it explores the new version of father in perversion, tied to a new law guaranteeing universal and unrestricted freedom of sexual enjoyment. Finally, it makes considerations about crime in perversion, from its relations with the sadian text and with sadistic fantasies built around AIDS.
