Abstract

Criminal investigations made by the police and broadcast by the communication means take us to crimes considered unbelievable. Due it’s charge of cruelty, applied by the criminal in his victim. Such crimes and criminals deserve a special attention because, in several times, these crimes are committed by mental disorders carriers. That’s why, the police investigator must use many tools and techniques legally approved, whose has the function of leading to how the crime was committed; which were the tools and methods used by the criminal; local analysis; the signature left by the criminal; the profile and behavior of the victim.
