The democratic university life requires a transparent normativity that it guarantees a quality management and it jeopardize with the time of change that has been called on to us to live. In that dynamics for year 2008 it was programmed the election of the new Director of the Institute of Psychological Investigations and the Directive Committee, requiring the intervention of a transitory commission of the Council of Faculty in charge to update the normativity on the basis of the effective norms of the university legislation. The management responsibility fell on the dean, Dr Caesar Sarria Jewel and the Academic Director, Dr Jose Morocho Seminary, that takes part like fedatario in the Faculty. The executive agency has been a transitory commission, composed by the Dr Nicholas Medina Curi (President), Ps. Pedro García Pizarro (Secretary) and the Lydian Mg. Sotelo L (Vocal). These instances in their corresponding levels elaborated the regulation for the election of the Director and the Directive Committee, for period 2008-2011).
