FLORES, Carlos et al. Sample-comparative patial and total and reversials in matching-to-sample with defferential and no defferential outcomes. Univ. Psychol. [online]. 2005, vol.4, n.1, pp. 43-48. ISSN 1657-9267.

The effects of partial and total reversals of the sample-comparative contingency were evaluated in an matching-tosample task with differential and non-differential consequences. Four groups of ten students each were constituted, two of them were trained in a matching-to-sample procedure with non-differential consequences, while the other two groups were trained with differential consequences. After the training phase, the sample-comparative contingency relations were totally changed to one group of non-differential consequences and one group of differential consequences, while just one of the sample-comparative relation was changed to the other two groups. During the training phase it was observed that the groups trained with differential consequences obtained higher percentages of correct responses that the groups trained with non-differential consequences. During the reversion phase it was observed that in the four groups there was a reduction in the percentage of correct responses, being bigger in the groups trained with non differential outcomes.
