Abstract

In the following text, we will work on the social representations analysis of socially important subjects as social vulnerability. Through this objective, we try to understand how the people conceive and explain the different aspects of living in the street. With this purpose, 100 people have been interviewed, which semantic production has been analyzed through a structural analysis of social representation. At least two kinds of the “living in the street” social representation have been found: a “sympathetic” representation and a “timorous” representation.
