In this paper we analyze, through documentary sources, the regulations for the tutorial functions of teaching assistants at UNR (National University of Rosario). This role is naturalized in the context of our university, however, there are few studies made about it. The aim here is the roles understanding, because they are important to the University structure, they are in training to be Professors and they have a relevant relationship with the students.
