The present paper is a though on the of the mental maps technical created by Tony and Barry Buzan in the obtained experience working on 2008 with students of the fi rst semester in Human Sciences studies and adults participants in the Sustentable Education program for Advanced Adults (people of The third age) both groups inside the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. This comparative experience considers differences physical, grupal relations and use of the tool for educative ends.
