From the end of the last century, a real technological revolution has taken place. It has been produced, among other factors, by the inclusion on Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in all fields and sectors. Vocational Guidance has not been apart from such a revolution, so practitioners in this area have to face a real technological training process with the aim of achieving the competences and qualifications that are necessary to be able to answer the current demands and so favour the use of these resources in the processes and actions development of Guidance. With the goal of achieving this use, the counselors ICTs training, examples of innovative practice are shown, with the aim of making particular experiences known, based on the use of technological means and resources.
