Resumen

This article proposes a way teachers can contribute to the integral formation students tackling horizontal dimensions of middle higher -level scholar curriculum, promoting conscientisation and in consequence the psychological sense of community, community participation and environmentalism, according to the principles of community social psychology. Thus, from the participatory action research strategy we worked with a scholar community. Your organization for environmental rescue of public natural areas actions was induced. The scope of our intervention is supported with qualitative information gathered at the beginning, development and at the end of the process. Here is only concluded on one of the dimensions of conscientisation: Although community intervention was brief and institutional constraints, are to succeed promote the presence of constituent elements of the psychological sense of community.
