Some questions guiding the entailing therapeutic technique, wich has been developed and improved in the last 15 years by therapists and researchers of the Escuela de Post-Grado en Orientación Vocacional Ocupacional, in Buenos Aires, are emphasized in this paper. The development of this special approach for treatment of the vincula can be applied in different settings of the human relationships: family, job and school.
