We have researched film understanding in 5 years old children. We showed a smal part of the film “Bichos” to 30 children of the school in Leganés. Then we asked them a seres of questions, some about the accion scenes and others about the parts with more dialogue. The results we obtained were in agreement we ours hypothesis: the accion parts are better remembered by the children, while the dialogue scenes are remenber less. Besides this, the children dont´t recognize who the protagonist is. Understanding, Child, Semiotics
