Globalisation and integration of technology in education has caused changes in the way of teaching and learning - is the presence or the distance mode. This comes require that teachers repensem their pedagogical practice and seek work in spaces no more traditional teaching. In the distance mode is the new area of the classroom because it opens opportunities for faculty to take action to transpose barriers of time and space. The online environment brings challenges to teachers as a differentiated area of education. To lower the barriers that are supposedly faced by teachers, try guide them through various designs, usually employed to education presencial and propose methods that may in the action teacher in the virtual environment. All educational concepts and methodologies proposed teachers guiding of our institution converge to the learning of the student - of real meaning, or significant. Thus, guide our teachers to act so interactive, present, critical, reflective of their role, empática among other things that allow become facilitators of learning. The teaching and motivational aspects are the foundations we are trying to focus our process of orientation and training of teachers for guiding courses and subjects online.
