This article approaches an experience of intervention on the field of School Psychology. It refers to actions developed during the final internship on School Psychology. Such internship took place during an undergraduate course of Psychology, in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, with teachers from two schools, one from the public and the other from the private sector. The proposed activities had as their aim to enable people from the school context to reflect and improve their professional performance, in order to improve quality concerning personal relationships and to attain more effective results regarding the education process. Four activities were accomplished involving lectures and participation of the public. Such activities approached themes related to adolescence, parental practices and styles and the relationship between student and teacher. In conclusion, the interventions widened discussions among professionals from the school related to the themes mentioned and enabled the development of several solutions to difficulties common to the professionals involved.
