This work was developed near teachers of the public school of the basic teaching in the local authority of Sao Paulo, with teachers who administer classrooms of the 1st one. the 8th one. series in different disciplines, so with different formations and alternatives of work. A point was common to all the teachers: the difficulty of apprenticeship of the pupils, lack of interest of same the present violence in his day by day. The acting was done through the listening and the intervention psicopedagógica near the faculty, with an alternative proposal of acting before the reality survived by the teachers and by the school.
