The article deals with interpretation in psychoanalysis departing from the ex-istence of lalangue to the speaking being. It shows that since Freud, as well as in Lacan, the no-sense present in language acquisition invites a certain poetic art on the side of the analysand  and the analyst in terms of interpretation. The article also illustrates through two clinic cases how the interpretation through the signifying equivocation is susceptible to intervene symbolically in the real of the symptom in order to decant, from the unconscious, the know-how-to do with lalangue.
