The paper discusses the clinic with children departing from one reflection about their place within the four discourses. It points out that it is - par excellence - a clinic of the infantile, in which the notion of place and the concepts of a psychoanalyst's desire, fantasy and the subject's structure of the unconscious are interrelated. From this clinic, its potential for formation as a privileged place is extracted, without having to treat any specificity.
