Abstract

ZAFFORE, Carolina. Paradoxical state of the desire. Stylus (Rio J.) [online]. 2013, n.26, pp. 93-100. ISSN 1676-157X.

This paper proposes a reflection on the paradoxical state in which the desire of the analyst lives. The texts raises three states of desire which explore different aspects of that desire coming from a finished analysis: the "ethical state of desire, the "unrealizable state of desire" and the "living state of desire". Each of these states necessarily implies a paradox that this work develops. Therefore, we arrive at some paradoxes that, as analysts, we are not supposed to eliminate or avoid, but sustain them with our desire in act.

Keywords : Paradox; Analyst's desire; Act.
