This article is intended to examine, from the book Literature or Life by Jorge Semprun, relations between the literary testimony and the testimony given in psychoanalytic devices: the experience of analysis (psychoanalysis) and the procedure of the Pass. It is also an aim to look at some notions of truth and testimony from the concept of Semblant, especially presented by Lacan in The Seminar Book XVIII: On a Discourse that might not be a Semblance.
