Abstract

Freud aims to enlighten the etiology of neurosis making differences of kinds of experienced enjoyment in the first meeting with sex, comparing the hysteria with obssesive neurosis. He destinguishes the conflict in hysteria, presuming an experience of unpleasure and self-recrimination in the obsessive neurosis and consequently guilt because of a prohibited experience. The clinical types are different in terms of desire, as it is an unconscious subject. Profiles of the clinic show issues of hysteria about sex and the existence for the obsessive.
