From the conceptions of neurosis, perversion, fetish, negation, and the strategy of jouissance, it is intended through the presentation of fragments of a child's clinical case, to discuss the clinical structure of the subject in question. Would this be a case of perversion or that of a perverse position? The focus of the work, therefore, is both on the construction of the structural diagnostic and the clinical case itself.
