Abstract

DIAS, Brendali. In what way does the analyst discourse make a hole in capitalist discourse?. Stylus (Rio J.) [online]. 2017, n.34, pp. 59-73. ISSN 1676-157X.

There are fundamental differences among the structure of the four discourses and the structure of the capitalist discourse. These structural differences refer to the impossibility, the impotence and the truth in the discourses and such differences lead to the disruption of the social bonds in the capitalist discourse. There is still one fundamental difference among the analyst discourse and the other three discourses, even though the structure of the four discourses is the same. This article aims to demonstrate the structural differences among the four discourses concerning the structure of the capitalist discourse and the fundamental difference among the discourse of the analyst and the other three discourses, commenting on why the analyst discourse can make a hole on the capitalist discourse and its consequences to the clinic.

Keywords : Lacan; four discourses; impossibility; impotence; truth; hole.
